BOCC Helpdesk App
Oxford Web Applications designed and developed a web-based mobile app for the Big Oxford Computer Co. Ltd. (BOCC). The app is an extension to BOCC's existing online desktop helpdesk system. The helpdesk app allows existing BOCC clients to login on their smartphone or tablet device to keep track of existing support incidents. Clients can also submit new support incident via the app. Being web-based the app is integrated in realtime ensuring that support incident information is up-to-date and support incidents can be responded to in the quickest possible time.
