    Public Interface Web Application

    Diligencia provide reliable corporate information relating to organisations based in the Middle East and North Africa regions. Diligencia had a large, and rapidly growing database of information that they wanted to make available via an online web application.

    Integrating with an API, Oxford Web Applications have worked with Diligencia to create a web application which provides users with comprehensive access to extensive organisational data using a subscription based model.

    CTSI & Ashfords LLP

    Business Regulatory Solutions Web Application

    Oxford Web Applications worked with the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and Ashfords LLP to develop an online platform providing tailored regulatory guidance to organisations.

    The web application features the ability for businesses to be able to log into the system to keep abreast of the latest regulatory guidance to ensure they remain compliant.

    The web application is integrated with back-office applications reducing the need for content to be duplicated across multiple platforms.

    Oxford Innovation

    Web Application Code Review

    Oxford Web Applications carried out a full code and architecture review for Oxford Innovation on a high profile secure web application they operate. As part of the review we checked the web application for code anomalies, provision for future development, review of functionality, potential future issues and the security of the application.

    Following completion of the review, Oxford Web Applications provided a detailed report to Oxford Innovation of the projects findings including proposed recommendations for the web application.

    Website Redesign and Redevelopment

    Hart District Council appointed Oxford Web Applications to carry out a full redesign and redevelopment of the Hart District Council website.

    The redesign and redevelopment saw Hart District Council move away from their previous bespoke Content Management System (CMS) and move to the open source Drupal CMS. The website features a responsive design and integration with multiple third-party services such as PC Predict and FixMyStreet to provide information to residents based on their location.

    Oxford Web Applications worked with the TUC to develop a mobile app for Unionreps to complement the existing website.

    Following initial discussions with the TUC it was agreed that an app focused on the forums functionality of the Unionreps website would be the perfect basis for the Unionreps app. The app which is available for both smartphone and tablets on the Apple App and Google Play stores allows users to keep up to date with the latest topics/posts on the Unionreps site as well as the ability to create their own topics and posts via the app.

    Oxford Web Applications developed an online Grant Application and Management System for Parkinson's UK to replace a complex paper based system. The secure online system allows Parkinson's UK to fully manage the complete Grant Application process including the setup of new grant schemes, managing calls and rounds, applications, peer review process, grant decisions and ongoing process management.

    Website Redesign and Redevelopment

    Oxford Web Applications undertook the redesign and redevelopment of the Step Change in Safety website. The site which is built using the open source Drupal Content Management System provides functionality for Step Change in Safety to continuously engage with it's members through safety alerts, publications, events and news articles.

    As part of the redesign and redevelopment we also implemented an integrated payments system and email marketing service on the Step Change in Safety website.

    Website and Online Document Transaction System

    Oxford Web Applications have worked with LOGIC Oil to provide an integrated workflow and user management system called The Master Deed Online System. The Master Deed Online System allows for asset transfers to be carried out in the oil and gas industry.

    Features of the system include a multiple layered user management interface, company lookup, payments integration and document management facilities.

    Website Redesign and Redevelopment

    Oxford Web Applications redesigned and redeveloped the TUC website using the Drupal Content Management System (CMS) platform. As a content rich website, we worked closely with the TUC during the scoping and development phase to ensure that users would be able to easily navigate the site to find the information they were looking for.

    The website features integration with customer relationship management software to manage the campaign based news and media releases from the TUC.
